If you are dissatisfied ( if wrong product has been sent or we have sent expired product ) at any time during the first 07 days after delivery, simply return all physical products we shipped to you. That’s a firm promise and commitment. We will process your refund to your bank account in next 07 working days.
If photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can email the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not Accept returns in following cases
- If the customer refuses to accept the delivery for a prepaid order.
- If product is used or seal tempered.
How to Initiate a return request
